Shipping Policy for Tofooz:

Thank you for shopping at Tofooz. We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. We currently ship only to select countries within the European Union. 

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time: 

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.

At this time we do not offer expedited or priority shipping. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as shipping destination, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates: We offer a standard flat-rate shipping fee up to the purchase amount of €100, whereby shipping is free. 

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package online.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
